Respite
The agency’s respite care services will be provided as short-term care to the elderly and people with disabilities in order that their families can take a break from the daily routine of care giving. Respite care enables families to take vacations, or just a few hours of time off. Respite is often referred to as “a gift of time.”
Services are provided in many ways depending on the needs of the family/primary caregiver. Concierge Care GR only offers respite care in the home of the client. Respite care services can be Personal care services, homemaker, companion, or chore services.

Community Living Supports
CLS services, are used to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency, thus facilitating an individual’s achievement of his/her goals of community inclusion and participation, independence or productivity. Services may be provided in the customer's residence or in community settings.
